Important Information:​

• Fee displayed above is for whole indoor season.

• CMSA game participation is included in the fee (U7-U19).

• Registration can be done via TeamSanp which is the app we use for game, practices and all updates.

• There are some important dates mentioned in the following sections. These dates are very important and must be followed for your child to participate in the CMSA league.

• Existing players might have filled the CMSA waiver already, club will instruct you, if you need to take any action on this.

• New players must fill CMSA Waiver and also provide proof of age to LSCA through email or phone. Do not send identity documents to any emails\phone except the ones displayed on this website.

• Complete registration process is explained visually in the sections below. Kindly go through it and  feel free to ask any questions you may have.

• Soccer coaching / field / gym rents are included in the fee.

• Any tournament participations except CMSA League, boarding and lodging for those tournaments  is NOT included in the fee.

• Proper soccer shoes, socks and shin pads are required for practices and games.
